Innovative diplomacy should take advantage of Iran's regional capabilities.
To have good diplomacy, I believe, we must increase our bargaining tools. There is no doubt that one of these tools is the Strait of Hormuz, and in fact, having innovative plans regarding the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's control over it is a bargaining tool. I believe that diplomacy should use this tool.
The nuclear program can still be a bargaining tool, even though they came and bombed this program in a certain way; But the uncertainty that exists now about this nuclear program and that they don't know where these enriched materials are and things like that can be a bargaining chip.
Relations with non-Western countries can also be a bargaining tool. When we talk about non-Western countries, we don't necessarily mean China and Russia. Even countries like Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar, Oman and India can be countries that help us in expanding diplomacy in many cases.
Even in the nuclear program and in the nuclear negotiations, there should be ways to act so that the initiative is in our hands. Now it doesn't matter if the other side really wants more; It is important that the initiative be with us. It should not be that they take the initiative and we align ourselves with them. We must take the initiative in relations with other regional powers.
