In addition to practical conflicts in this single international order, there are also new discussions in theoretical fields, for example, Mr. Acharya (Indian theorist) in his last article created the concept "Malbrigade Lux" and says that the world is also Malbrigade, meaning it has different aspects and is complex and complicated, and he says that "this world is possible between two and cheap" a country that can be the hegemon, the stage of hegemony in the world is over and power and manas but power is also multi-faceted and complicated.
Therefore, our analytical elements in Iran must be comprehensive and we must speak very carefully and we cannot express an opinion with certainty about America, China or others, because the situation is changing so much that we can only say that we are witnessing a serious struggle to shape the new order and also preserve the old order.
