🔹An aquatic cooking festival and competition entitled "Fish, healthy food" with the aim of promoting fish consumption and healthy eating, introducing healthy cooking methods and introducing families to the nutritional value of aquatic products, was held on the third Sunday of November in Sarpoltshav.

The judges in this competition evaluated the works presented according to criteria such as creativity in food preparation, maintaining the nutritional value of the fish, appropriate taste and aroma, minimal use of oil and avoiding over-frying, presentation and freshness of raw materials, and at the end certificates and monetary prizes were awarded to the winners.
