Oriented neighborhoods and mosques, which found a special place in the political literature of the 14th government, is a reading of the ability of the recurring victims of mosques and local networks to solve society's problems; An approach that, according to Pazhkian, emphasizes "the necessity of revitalizing people's abilities" and "exploiting the experiences and social culture of Iranians", and its implementation should above all strengthen the connection between people and mosques, build trust and be a basis for the participation of all classes.

🔹 One of the prerequisites for the implementation of neighborhood and mosque oriented governance is strengthening the mosque's relationship with different parts of society; A connection created by listening to the voices of diverse groups, accepting their concerns and enabling their participation. In this approach, a neighborhood and a mosque are not just two geographical or religious places; Instead, they are a reminder of the network of social ties that once formed the context for cooperation, transfer of experience, identification of those in need, and mobilization of local facilities.
