๐น Seyed Abbas Irakchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, in the second part of the specialized panel "The role of the killed Harazi in building a foreign policy consensus" said:
In the last years of his life, Dr. Harazi paid special attention to the development of Iran-Arab relations and to the expansion of the country's scientific and research ties with international centers such as the Al Jazeera Research Center. He never missed any opportunity to serve the country and played an active role in various fields, from diplomacy and foreign relations to science and research.
๐น In the field of science, Harazi was also killed and they took important measures. He founded the Cognitive Science Research Institute and had a prominent role in the introduction and development of cognitive science in Iran; In a way, he can be considered the father of cognitive science in Iran.
๐น Harg Harazi personally translated several books in this field and invited professors and experts to collaborate. Friends who know this research institute know about the important actions done there, especially in the field of brain research and cognitive sciences.
๐น He also invested a lot of time and energy during his activity in the Strategic Council for Foreign Relations to investigate scientific issues and develop the country's scientific relations with foreign centers and universities. I remember that a report was also prepared on the obstacles to scientific communication between Iranian universities and scientific centers abroad, after which the slain leader of the revolution issued important orders in this field.
๐น All in all, they killed Harazi in every area where they felt they could help the country, they took action seriously and it took time to advance matters. May his memory be cherished.
