🔹 The emergency cards of the stations in 11 border and special districts were collected based on the approvals of the working group of Article 8 of the Council of Ministers.

🔹 In order to eliminate queues of many kilometers and deal with supplies outside the network, the allocation of the third tier quota at the rate of 10,000 otmans in the personal card of cars began in Kerman province and then expanded to Sistanbulochistan and South Khorasan, which caused a 14% reduction in Keru's unusual gasoline consumption.

Since the beginning of November, with the addition of eight provinces of Hormuzgan, Yazd, West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, North Khorasan, Razavi Khorasan, Ardabil and Kurdistan, the total number of eligible provinces has reached 11.
