🔹 Seyed Abbas Irakchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, in the specialized panel "The role of the killed Harazi in building a foreign policy consensus" said:

🔹 Mr. Dr. Zarif also correctly added the nature of humanity to the personal qualities of the slain Dr. Harazi. During the three years that I worked with him directly and every day at the Strategic Council for Foreign Relations, I observed and felt these characteristics closely. His commitment to his beliefs was clear.

🔹 Another characteristic of theirs that is very interesting to me was their strictness and sensitivity to financial issues and safeguarding wealth. They did not allow unnecessary expenses to be spent and they monitored all council expenses with special care so that even a small amount of the budget was not spent in vain or where it should not be. According to their interpretation, the money belonging to Bitmel should not be spent elsewhere. 🔹 The people present at this meeting must testify that the killed Harazi was sensitive, accurate and responsible in the financial matters of the Strategic Council for Foreign Relations.

🔹 In my opinion, the same precision and sensitivity that he had in foreign policy matters was also present in all matters of his personal and work life. It was a privileged quality, which, unfortunately, it is rare to find examples of in other people nowadays; that a person should be strict and accurate in all areas, both in personal life and in matters related to work and professional responsibility.
