Transferring a fuel quota to a bank card on the eve of the pilot implementation in five districts.

🔹 The infrastructure needed to transfer the cap from the smart fuel card to the bank card of the vehicle owners has been provided and this program has nothing to do with the refueling identification program.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance, as the main executor of this program, is required to create a quota selector separate from the smart fuel system, and any connection between these two systems requires strict compliance with cyber considerations and receiving security approval from the Center for Strategic Management for the Security of the Production Space and Presidential Information Exchange (AFTA).

The provinces of Hamdan, Qazvin, Qom, Alborz and Samnan, along with five locations in each province, have been designated as pilot areas by the Ministry of Economy, and the National Company for the Distribution of Petroleum Products is fully prepared to start the quota transfer process in these provinces as soon as the security approvals of AFTA are finalized.
