Iranian Embassy in India: Ghalibaf will not participate in the meeting of BRICS heads of state.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in India announced that Mohammad Bakr Ghalibaf, Chairman of the Islamic Council and Head of Iran's Negotiation Committee, will not attend the 12th meeting of the Heads of Parliament of the BRICS Member States in Delhi "due to some unforeseen circumstances".
