🔹 The first point is our "protection unit" that we have added a thousand people to the protection unit in the last two years.

🔹 The second point is that we must take advantage of the ability of the members of the district supply councils to protect cultural heritage in local areas, that is, cities and districts. Each district must create new abilities in addition to the defense unit.

🔹 The third point is judicial measures, to date over two thousand five hundred cases have been opened for illegal drilling, and some of them have been convicted; 42 cases recently complained.

The fourth point is the discussion of cultural associations, the protection of the cultural heritage must be popular and organized.

The basic action to protect heritage is cultural activity and the level of awareness about cultural heritage should increase. In the last two years that I have been in charge of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, more than 90% of the claims for illegal excavations have no validity.
