Massom Mousavi - IRNA reporter
"Grape hair dirt" is a local knowledge system, a social ritual and the most important factor in the survival of Malir vineyards against the burning cold of winter. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the tradition is at least 700 years old, and in 2018 it was listed as the 53rd most important agricultural heritage in the world on the GIAHS list.
