Why do we love nostalgia?

🔹 Watching a movie or listening to an old album over and over again is not just simple entertainment, it's actually an emotional shelter that our brain created to escape from everyday fatigue. Many of us are so busy repeating our favorite works that we memorize the dialogues, but we still approach them with the same enthusiasm as on the first day.

It happened to each of us to watch an old TV series or movie for the umpteenth time. The series Yosef Hanevi, Mukhtar Nama, Capital, Dodkash and thousands of other series that each of us may have seen many times and enjoy watching them. Most of us wait for the Prophet's birthday to see the movie Muhammad, the Messenger of God, and the Eid nights of the movie alone at home are unforgettable and still attractive for many of us. Those days of airing the old series Aineh made many of us glued to the television at that time.
