Zelensky: Russian diesel does not have enough influence on American prices.

The President of Ukraine said that his American counterpart could easily bring Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table: the amount of diesel that Russia is supposed to supply according to the latest agreement with Washington is not enough to affect prices in America. Kiev's attacks on Russian energy infrastructure are a response to Moscow's attacks on similar infrastructure in Ukraine.

Zelensky added: I asked Trump to mediate at least to establish a ceasefire in the energy sector between Russia and Ukraine, but this request was unsuccessful. Putin rejects Trump's request. Then the president of the USA blames me for this problem and explains to the American people that the reason for the increase in diesel prices in the USA is Ukraine. This is not true at all.
