🔹 Asghar Jahangir in Mashhad called for examining the free energy supply of some of the cultural centers and emphasized that reducing the imbalance of water, electricity and gas, in addition to saving people, requires a reform of infrastructure and consumption methods.

🔹 He placed emphasis on repairing leaks in worn out networks, using treated sewage in agriculture and green areas and reforming the gas infrastructure, and found that the laws and fines for unauthorized use of energy are not a sufficient deterrent.
