The first day of the Conference of Presidents and General Secretaries of Asian Football Associations was hosted by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in Tokyo in the presence of Mehdi Taj, President of the Iranian Football Association and Hamed Momani, Acting Secretary General of the Football Association.

At this meeting, the presidents and general secretaries of the AFC member federations discussed various topics and issues related to the development and future of football in the Asian continent.
