🔹 According to expert studies, it is possible to hold the elections for the Salami Council and the presidency at the same time without disrupting the period of legal activity of these two institutions; Because according to the constitution we cannot reduce or increase the term of parliament or the presidency, and finally, the legal terms must end in the same period of four years.

🔹 The beginning of Alsalami's term of office in each term is on June 7, and the presidency also has a specific legal schedule. Therefore, without changing the constitution or the four-year term of parliament and the presidency, our investigations show that these two elections can be held simultaneously in the first half of May 1407. 🔹 In the preliminary consultations we conducted with the Feasibility Council, the Salami Council and the Guardian Council, as bodies that make decisions in the field of elections, no objection was raised to the principle of this simultaneity.
