Ziniwand: Elections should be held as soon as relative stability is established in the country.

🔹 From the investigations and conversations I conducted as the head of the election headquarters with various bodies in the country regarding the council elections, including in the security, political and governmental fields, it appears that there is no doubt or opposition to holding the elections and everyone is unanimous in holding them.

🔹 The government also confirmed in the presented report that it is ready to hold elections from November as well; However, under the current conditions, it can no longer be held in November.

🔹 However, as responsible for holding elections, there is a point; The publication of the election calendar until election day requires at least a month to implement the processes and prepare the candidates for the campaigns. 🔹 The problem is that in the current situation, the state of the country is not such that it can be accurately predicted; Our fear is that with the publication of the election calendar the conditions of the country will suddenly change, a situation of war or instability will arise and we will have to postpone and extend the election date again.
