Registration of approximately 15,000 approved applications and the allocation of 12.5% of the state's total capacity to Kerman placed this district at the forefront of the population's youth movement; A jihadist movement that according to the authorities is only the beginning, and its main test will be in infrastructure services and issuing documents.
🔹 Population and fertility policy is not only the birth of a child, but according to experts, the ecosystem of the family must be seen as a whole; An ecosystem in which employment, housing, marriage facilities, mental health and economic incentives are intertwined, on this basis the government's approach in Kerman was defined and announced not only to pay cash subsidies, but also to empower the family as a prerequisite for the decision to have children. In this context, Governor Kerman clearly appreciates the focus on providing housing and creating employment as an economic incentive at the top of this district's priorities and emphasizes that this policy must be formulated with the support of the government and with the help of the private sector, and this framework moves the government support from the purely welfare field to the field of providing livelihood infrastructure such as land transfers.
