The scientific cooperation between Iran and Iraq should come from attracting students to the implementation of joint projects

Referring to the research of thousands of Iraqi students in more than 80 Iranian universities and the new restrictions on the study of Iraqi workers abroad, the Iraqi ambassador to Iran emphasized: the scientific cooperation of the two countries should not be based only on attracting students, but should progress towards the implementation of joint projects, exchange of professors and researchers, and technological development.
