Survival: security is a common and expensive commodity for the countries of the region/any reconciliation in dealing with security problems on both sides of the border may lead to the spread of insecurity
The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to a question about border security and the issue of immigrants in eastern Israel, said: This issue is a long-term issue. The security of the eastern borders is not the issue of today and yesterday, but has always been one of the axes of our agenda; Both in interaction with Afghanistan and in dialogues and interactions with Pakistan. All three countries know very well that security is a common and at the same time valuable commodity, and any laxity or complacency in handling security problems on both sides of the border could lead to the spread of insecurity to the other side. In my opinion, this common understanding is very important.
๐น In all the dialogues we have with the authorities of Pakistan or Afghanistan, this issue is taken into account. Good measures were also considered in the interaction with the Afghan side and the Pakistani side. We hope that joint cooperation in the field of the fight against assassination will prevent, God willing, any insecure actions and assassination in any of these countries.
