China regulates its relations based on the elements called partnership

On Monday, October 27, at the international conference on the half century of diplomatic relations between Iran and the People's Republic of China, Nozer Shafei, a member of the faculty of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Tehran University, said:

🔹 China adjusts its relations with other countries based on the elements called "partnership". This partnership has several titles: normal partnership, strategic partnership, comprehensive strategic partnership and comprehensive strategic partnership for all conditions. He awarded the title of "Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the New Era" to Russia and the title of "Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for All Conditions" to Pakistan.
