Lebanon's Deputy Prime Minister: Prisoners, Israel did not meet its obligations

In a statement, the Deputy Prime Minister of Lebanon, Tarek Matri, emphasized: We agreed with the gradual withdrawal of the captives (the regime) from Lebanon, but this regime did not meet its obligations.
