The Ministry of Energy's deadline for issuing pending licenses of solar and wind power plants

The Deputy Minister of Electricity and Energy of the Ministry of Energy announced the conclusion of four strategic agreements with the private sector to remove technical barriers to connection to the grid and create new income opportunities for solar and wind farms by setting a deadline for existing license holders and withdrawing pending land for the benefit of genuine investors.

🔹 With the participation of the Association for Renewable Energy, a transparent mechanism will be developed to cancel the licenses and permits of those applicants who did not take effective enforcement actions on the legal date and claim the allocated lands.
