The deputy minister of communications and the head of the regulatory organization for radio communications, explaining the new approaches of this organization, announced the beginning of the process of deregulation, minimal intervention in the market and synergistic interaction with the operators and emphasized: the main root of the quality challenges and the imbalance in the network stems from the lack of timely and proportional investment in the development of communications in the state's infrastructure.
