Demonstrators in Albania continued their sit-in for the fifth day in a row and demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama. The rally that took place on Saturday in front of the Ministry of Education in Tirana turned into a clash, and the police used water cannons and tear gas to disperse the protesters.

🔹 Interceptions about the state of the universities and heavy tuition were also extended to other cities. Dissatisfaction with the tourism project of Jared Kushner, son-in-law of Donald Trump, motivated the interceptions on the shores of Albania. A program that opponents see as a symbol of corruption and economic inequality.
