At the opening ceremony of the third specialized school of the standard system in the nuclear industry in the country, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said, emphasizing the necessity of establishing the standard in the organizational culture: until the standard becomes a culture and is not established in the organizational culture, the actions that will be performed will be temporary and will not become a flow.

🔹Mohamed Salmi emphasized the necessity of establishing a standard culture in organizations and said: We thank God that this thinking and approach has become a living and dynamic current. Growth and excellence must be continuous; Because occasional growth will not be effective. The activity must be basic, continuous and based on planning so that they can be repeated and improved in the field of production and the provision of services. In such a situation, it can be said that the standard has been reached, literally.
