Iraq's insistence on valid guarantees for negotiations/Iran is willing to talk, but not under threat

On Thursday, October 25, in his speech at the meeting of foreign ministers of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation in Baghdad, the foreign minister emphasized: Iran will not accept the coercion of threats and intimidation and will not give up its sovereign rights under pressure, but it is still ready to negotiate on the basis of mutual respect and valid guarantees.
