The sixth secret vote to determine Gottsch's heir and Grinshpan's leadership

In the unofficial vote of the UN Security Council on Friday (October 16, equivalent to October 24), Mrs. \"Rebecca Grinshpan\", former Vice President of Costa Rica, was placed first in the race for the UN Secretary-General position by a narrow margin.

For the Security Council to recommend a candidate to the General Assembly, at least 9 votes in favor are required out of the 15 council members, and none of the five permanent members must vote against that candidate.
