The counselor's voice line with the number 1480 serves people around the clock and free of charge through 510 counselors and psychologists throughout the country from poverty to remote areas. Last year we had more than 1,750,000 successful calls, but due to manpower and equipment limitations we had 650,000 lost calls. People should call during quiet hours like 8 to 9 in the morning or 2 to 4 in the afternoon.
