A new poll shows wide divisions between religious groups in the congressional elections

While evangelical Protestants and white Catholics prefer Republican candidates over Democratic candidates in the US House of Representatives in the 2026 congressional midterm elections, the other preference of qualified voters in other religious groups is Democratic candidates, according to a Pew Center poll.
