With about 24 days to the mid-term elections of the American Congress, Donald Trump, in announcing an agreement to supply millions of tons of Russian diesel to the market, seeks to show signs of his government's ability to control fuel prices and reduce economic pressure on voters; An agreement that could provide a political achievement for Washington and an opportunity for Moscow in relations with America.
