Minister of Communications: The National Post Company is moving from an employer to a regulator

Communications Minister Satar Hashemi:

🔹 We believe that in order to move forward in the postal sector, we must gradually move away from executive activity and move towards regulation.

🔹 This approach, known internationally as the fifth generation regulation, was placed on the agenda of the Ministry of Communications and is working seriously.

Our goal is to open more space for the role of the private sector, which has valuable capabilities in the country, by avoiding ventures and focusing on policy making. This way is forward-looking and based on global comparative studies.
