Bekai: Iran's cultural week in Russia was one of the most magnificent cultural events in recent years

The Foreign Ministry spokesperson in response to the question that "Iran's cultural week in Russia has ended. Considering the recent developments in relations between Tehran and Moscow, what role can this cultural event play in strengthening interactions between the two countries?" said:

The cultural cooperation between Iran and Russia is on the one hand a sign of the depth and scope of the good relations between the two countries, and on the other hand it can be a basis for strengthening relations in various fields, including political, economic and commercial.

Iran's Cultural Week in Russia was one of the most magnificent cultural events in recent years, held in four cities in this country, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and Astrakhan. In the past, the Russian culture week was held in Iran. I feel the need to thank the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Organization of Islamic Culture and Media and my colleagues who, with the help of proper planning, were able to present some of Iran's cultural capabilities and assets to the Russian audience. I also appreciate the Russian hosts for providing the necessary ground to hold these events.
