A drone ground attack on an oil tanker off the coast of Oman

After confirming that a drone struck an oil tanker off the coast of Oman, the British Maritime Trade Operations Organization changed the nature of this incident from an initial assessment (accident) to a "ground attack".

According to IRNA, before this amendment, the British Maritime Trade Operations Organization received a report about the occurrence of oil tanker accidents near the Sohar anchorage in Oman.
