The opposition of the Secretary General of the Palestinian National Initiative to Mahmoud Abbas's order to postpone the elections to the Legislative Assembly

The Secretary General of the Palestinian National Initiative disagreed with the decision of Mahmoud Abbas, head of the Self-Defense Battalion organization, to postpone the elections for the Palestinian Legislative Assembly.

"Mustafa Barghouti" said that we are against the postponement of the elections to the Palestinian Legislative Assembly and we want guarantees that the postponement and cancellation will not be repeated with the new date set in September 2027.
