Salimi: America's Secretary of State tells the world within the framework of the war of civilizations

Hossein Salimi, professor of international relations at Alama Tabatbai University, who criticizes the approach of the US Secretary of State, said: Marco Rubio interprets the world in the framework of a permanent conflict between civilizations by projecting the narrative of the war of civilizations and the final confrontation.

According to him: the system of meaning presented by Dr. Zarif in his books is exactly the opposite of the system of meaning formulated by the current American foreign policy apparatus, especially the foreign minister of this country.

🔹 I don't know who advises the American Secretary of State, who makes comments with great confidence on theoretical issues and even on salami issues; Subjects in which he seems to have insufficient knowledge. He paints the man whose main elements can be identified.
