Referring to the history of his work in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, he continued: I have been working as the Deputy Secretary General for two years and as its Secretary General for about two years. I can say that we have had concrete and effective results so far. During the 25 years of operation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, we have implemented the orders and agreements committed by the presidents of the member states of this organization and were on paper. Of course, some statements and proposals that do not have a format A concrete and real framework cannot be implemented. In order to achieve the results of these proposals, it is necessary for the special coordinators of each country to follow up on the proposed issues and strategies. There is a trend in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization that if there is no agreement, these proposals will not be implemented. The Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, confirming Dr. Bizikian's words regarding the rejection of unilateralism and deploring the fact that some countries prefer their working relations to unilateralism, mentioned: Unfortunately, some of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization prefer their bilateral relations to the working relations with all countries, and in other words, they value their working relations highly over unilateralism. For this reason, some decisions may not be in line with the organization's policies. In the end, the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization stated that the agreements made with regard to Iran, but not implemented, should be registered, so that they can be dealt with through ambassadors and representatives. It is important not to resort to force and to respect the territorial integrity of countries, and it should be adhered to in practice. Everyone has the right to peacefully benefit from nuclear energy and adhere to the principle of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.
