Dr. Pazeshkian at the meeting of the heads of the Commonwealth of Nations:

Inviting Iran to this summit is an opportunity to open a new chapter of cooperation with the countries of this group.

Connecting the region's capabilities to each other is a prerequisite for increasing the resilience of our region in the face of current challenges.

🔹 Our common interests are not in competition between the routes but in connecting the routes.

Today, more than ever, we need true multilateralism in the region.

The President called Iran's presence for the first time and as the first country invited as a special guest of the Commonwealth Conference an important opportunity to strengthen existing ties and open a new chapter of cooperation with the countries of this group and said: Iran sees itself as a natural part of the interconnected geography of the region, which has its roots in history, culture, civilization and people-to-people relations.
