Mehrad Fashangpour, an expert in international law, wrote in an exclusive letter for IRNA: "In the current sensitive situation where diplomacy is part of the state's deterrence capacity, the weakening of the foreign minister and the weakening of the internal support of the diplomatic system can impose additional costs on the territory and affect Iran's bargaining power in the international arena."
