Russian official: The return of Washington and NATO to Afghanistan is unacceptable

🔹The secretary of the Russian Security Council announced the current situation in Afghanistan as a result of two decades of occupation of the country by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the USA and warned against the return of the occupiers to Kabul.
