At the same time as the start of the academic school year, experts warn of the necessity of correcting the students' diet; In Ardabil province, at least 70% of the annual deaths are related to non-communicable diseases, which originate from incorrect lifestyle and eating habits, such as skipping breakfast and consuming snacks with no nutritional value.
๐น Dr. Mehsa Mohajri, a nutritionist, emphasized eating breakfast at home that includes vegetables, proteins and wholemeal bread to prevent digestive and heart diseases, and recommended removing artificial sugars and nutritious local foods (such as kashil, hora, porridge and beans) and natural sweeteners such as date cake and grape juice prevent loss of concentration of dates and grape juice.
