Philanthropists and supporters of cultural heritage should help restore and restore war-damaged works
The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts said: During the White House officials' attacks on Iran, 149 historical monuments were damaged in 21 districts in the country, and the most damage was recorded in Tehran, followed by Isfahan and other districts.
🔹Siderza Salehi Amiri said: A ground attack on cultural heritage, especially works registered in the world, is a reprehensible action within the framework of international laws and rules and is contrary to the principles of the protection of human heritage; We gave the necessary warnings to the international organizations and implemented measures, and the amount of damages was calculated accurately.
He said: We have informed all international organizations and several international organizations have condemned these actions and some have expressed sympathy with the Iranian nation, but it should not be expected that foreign support can compensate for the damage caused. Therefore, the Iranian government must take action to recover and restore these works. 🔹Salhi Amiri said: The headquarters for reconstruction and carrying out expert studies was established to compensate for the damages caused by the war, the government approved and planned the restoration of the buildings that suffered the most damage and the necessary steps will gradually begin.
According to him: the buildings will be gradually restored, we ask the industrial owners, investors, philanthropists and economic activists to choose one of the 149 damaged works and participate in its restoration in the form of social responsibility.
