press conference of the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
๐ฅ Baghaei: We expect neighboring countries to respect the right of good neighborliness / Israel's abuse of facilities of regional states must be stopped.
๐น The Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to a question about the presence of the Israeli Prime Minister in the UAE and the Foreign Ministry's warning regarding this regime's provocative approach in the region, said:
๐น Our advice to all neighboring countries is to exercise the right of good neighborliness. We adhere to the principle of neighborliness and mutually expect neighboring countries to uphold this principle and not allow the abuse of their facilities and territories by parties that have proven in practice that they do not value the security and well-being of the countries in the region.
๐น We have promptly and clearly conveyed our complaint to regional countries, especially those that provided their soil and facilities during the military aggression by America and Israel. These are the contents we use at every opportunity to express and point out their international responsibility due to participation in the aggressive actions of America and Israel.
๐น On the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, meetings and discussions were held with almost all countries on the southern border of the Persian Gulf.
๐น I must also mention one important matter, which is the release of several of our compatriots that took place last night. This issue is valuable to us, and we must thank the UAE authorities for their cooperation in this area. This was one of the issues raised on the sidelines of the General Assembly meeting with the Emirati side. We hope that the remaining imprisoned Iranians will be released as soon as possible.
๐น The issue of Israel's abuse of regional countries' facilities to destabilize the region and military aggression against Iran is a matter that requires the special attention of regional countries. They should never allow their facilities to be used by Israel and America. This is a legal and international demand and an expectation that we, as a neighboring country, have from all neighboring countries.
