By publishing the names addressed to the American people, the Revolutionary Guards simultaneously conveyed two messages to the public opinion of this country; On the one hand, it emphasizes Iran's willingness to face threats and military attacks, and on the other hand, by separating the American people from the policies of this country's government, it opened the way for discussion, investigation and even direct observation of the reality of Iran.
