Phased agreement; British think tank's proposal to break the Hormuz deadlock and reduce Iran-US tension

🔹 Referring to the failed experience of implementing the Islamabad agreement, the British think tank "Chatham House" suggested that instead of trying to reach a comprehensive agreement, Iran and the US should adopt a phased, reciprocal, and verifiable process to reduce tensions and break the Hormuz deadlock.
