Central Bank: Granting facilities to buy gold, coins and cryptocurrencies is prohibited

The central bank announced: It is forbidden to give any concessions directly or indirectly, through banks or digital entities, for things like buying gold, currencies (dollars and other foreign currencies) and all kinds of crypto-currencies and exchange platforms for such items.

According to the central bank's circular, according to the need to finance the real sector of the economy, it is necessary to allocate banking resources while strictly complying with the allocation criteria, and especially in the certification and validation of those applying for concessions, maximum care must be taken in paying facilities to productive economic enterprises and monitoring their consumption.
