The consequences of the joint war between the United States and Israel against Iran changed the traditional security calculations among the member states of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council; An event that led the Arab rulers to the conclusion that Washington is no longer a guarantee for their survival and any stable architecture for regional stability must inevitably go through the path of accepting the inevitable role of Tehran and its diplomatic partnership with it.
