🔹 The activity of mechanical excavators in the riverbeds and mountain slopes of the northern cities is a situation that repeats itself but is still questionable for many citizens. Wherever you see digging in a river or a mountain, is it illegal harvesting?

The answer is not always positive. Although unauthorized withdrawals cannot be ruled out, a significant portion of the activities that appear suspicious at first glance are conducted under license.

🔹 The main question here is, on what basis were these permits granted and how much does their application comply with the environmental and technical standards and requirements?
