Aviation sanctions against Iran are a violation of the fundamental principles of international law

An international law professor and associate professor at Allameh Tabatabai University said: Sanctions applied against Iran, known as secondary sanctions, can in every way violate the fundamental principles of international law, and the resulting restrictions in the field of aviation contradict the obligations of states in this area.

Shahram Zarneshan: We are facing two groups of countries in the field of aviation sanctions; the first group are countries that directly impose restrictions or pressure other countries using available tools to close their planes and airspace to Iran, and the second group are countries that stop their aviation cooperation with Iran.
