October 8 is International Deaf Day. While congratulating all the deaf on this day, I would like to emphasize that the government has taken the initiative to establish a sign language interpreter alongside the government spokesman in order to hear the voice of all strata of the people and clearly convey its positions to the general public.

We all witnessed the precious achievements of our country's athletes in Japan, which created excitement in society. The brilliance of female athletes in this event is proof that when girls are given equal and appropriate opportunities, dazzling results will be achieved. I congratulate this success to all the female athletes who appeared in such events for the first time, especially in the field of women's gymnastics. These victories show that with empathy and the participation of everyone, we can solve the various problems of the country.

🔹 Considering that Rumi Commemoration Day is approaching, I congratulate all researchers and lovers of culture and literature on this day. We must not forget that our thousands-year-old civilization owes its existence to intellectuals who kept this precious heritage alive.
